I had my second baby 6 months ago and it doesn't seem like the weight is coming off at all. I've been going to various classes at the YMCA for an hour at a time just about every day except for the weekends. I also eat fairly healthy, I don't eat junk food, and I try to stay with the whole grains, not too much soda maybe 1 a week at the most. Any
