Question by fluffernutter: How can I lose 2.5lbs in a week for a weight loss challenge?
we are having a weight loss challenge at work and i really want to win. id like to lose anywhere from 2.5 to 3lbs each week. its 8 weeks so towards the end I know it'll be like 1 or 2lbs but I want to start off strong. I have 45lbs to lose so its not like im trying to lose a few vanity pounds.
