Question by Tl T: How does a person who eats healthy and exercises lose weight?
I eat around 1500 calories a day (I think!) and cycle to work (3 miles), do 1 hour of a modern dance type thing and don't take sugar due to diabetes but I am a bit fat. I weigh just over 114 pounds at 70 inches tall. I don't eat 'Junk Food' and no diet soda etc... I just think I have a sluggish metabolism or something. Any
