Question by Jake (I hate Keith Appling): If I cut out deep fried food for good and replace it with something healthier will I lose weight naturally?
I've been at a steady weight for a few months now and that's with me eating deep fried food 3-4 times a week at work. If I replace that with something more healthy and continue to workout the same out will I start losing weight naturally?
