Question by Jeff: How to lost fat fast?
I know a couple of ideas, but I don't know which is the best. Right now, I'm thinking of either cycling for an hour, walking for an hour, or do 500-1000 jump ropes every day. WHich of those is the best, and if hnot, what would be better? and right now, I'm 5'11'' around and weighing 220, i want to drop about 40 pounds by new years and continue that down to about 170 pounds.
