Question by John S: How to lose 10kg in lets say,a half a year?
I'm 14 years old,I weigh 60kg and my height is roughly about 1.5m.I'm not looking for diet pills or any weight loss products,I want to lose weight the proper way,exercising and dieting.What if I walk for an hour everyday ?Would that help me lose weight?How long will it take to see the result?Any diet plans or other exercise suggestions?
